- Orders take an estimated 2-4 business days to be deliveredโฏafter departure from our warehouse.
- Orders placed by 1:00 pm will be shipped the same day, orders placed after 1:00 pm will be shipped the following business day.
- Tracking is provided on all orders.โฏLive P.S.ยฎ is not liable for lost orders ifโฏthe tracking number shows that the order was delivered.
- Customers must enter a complete address at checkout.โฏLive P.S.ยฎ is not liableโฏfor inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses entered by customers.
- Live P.S.ยฎ is not liable for shipping delays madeโฏby the shipping carrier.
- Customers canโฏselect an expedited shippingโฏoption at checkout.
- Holidays, sales campaigns and inclement weather can impact shippingโฏand deliveryโฏtimes.
- Issues with orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order.
Return Policy
At Live P.S.ยฎ, we want you to love our products as much as you love your skin and want you to be completely satisfied with your products. We will accept any full-sized product for a return or exchange, as long as it is at least half full and received within 30 days of initial purchase. Please note we do not cover return shipping costs.
To initiate your return, email returns@liveprobioticskincare.com. A return made to our warehouse, or a return made without initiating a return by email will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued.
Once your return is initiated, you have 14 calendar days to send the item(s) and for the return to be marked delivered. Once 14 days have passed from the return initiation date, your order is no longer eligible for a full refund. Please keep records of return shipments, for proof of date shipped.โฏ
Live P.S.ยฎ is not responsible for a return shipment, including instances of the missing item(s) or mis-delivered shipments.
